I ordered a mix box of beers on the 27th June i sent three e.mails stating still haven't arrived and is a gift.
Finally received a response on the 3rd June stating the box couriers never recieved this.
Where sending a replacement Asap i didnt have a problem with that.
I had a problem with a response, i received the box on the 5th July was damaged box with one punctured can with wet invoice etc. Andrew from customer service sorry for that we will give you a £2 refund for the one can and further £3 towards next order.
No mention of previous ignored e.mails or this was a gift
We have been with Flavourly for a long time and given them alot of business the above pittance shows the company for what they are. Mrs CAWorthy

Ordered a box with two beer glasses. Yodel dropped off a very noisy package and had managed to smash one of the glasses inside.

Maybe don’t use the company most famous for being terrible at their one purpose to deliver things made of glass?

If this service having 4.5 stars is proof of anything, it's that fake reviews are impossible to stop.

I've tried a number of beer delivery services. I like beer. Some beers I like more than others, but I'm not enormously hard to please.

I've sampled about half of the beers delivered so far and they are, and I don't say this lightly, absolutely rank.

Extremely lousy customer service!
Ordered a mixed case as a present, it arrived with cans dented and glasses were not packed and no booklet. After much complaint they were picked up and a new box ( properly packed, with glasses this time) arrived. However the craft beer text book was missing and despite many emails to customer service had no response and the birthday boy was left waiting for the booklet. Several weeks went by and eventually a booklet was finally sent. Would not use this company ever again and would advise anyone I knew not too.

Great service, poor quality beers.

There is nothing wrong with the service flavourly offer at all, everything arrived on time and it was all packaged well.

My issue was with the quality of beers, I don't want cheap rebadged beer, I want quality independent brewers and this is not it.

Never had a bad experience with Flavourly. The beers are fairly priced and although they are not the best beers I've ever tasted, they are still good beers that can be purchased fairly cheaply. Much better than anything in the supermarket and doesn't cost the earth like other craft beer sellers or subscriptions.

Flavourly send me deals every now and again and I tend to take them up on it.

Customer serve wise, I've only had to speak to them once. One can was slightly damaged on arrival and it was sorted out promptly and without sky issues at all. Big thank you to Rob over at Flavourly for sorting that one out for me. He was genuine and really wanted to help me out. As a rough idea, that can was one of over 100 I've had from them, so it hasn't been a common occurance.

I would use flavourly again for whenever I want to bulk buy some craft beer that isn't widely available in supermarkets and which doesn't cost me an insane amount of money

I purchased one of their starter packs, which was supposed to come with a book. The book was not present in the delivery. When I reached out to their support, they practically said "Sorry, our bad. However, there is nothing we can do. Here is a pdf instead". Terrible service.

Can Flavourly Be Trusted. Tried to order their 24 Beers special offer online. Gave name, address and credit card details and was then asked to tap on my banking app to confirm message they had sent me. Never happened before in all my years of online banking, so I backed off without proceeding any further.

Mostly cheap beers which taste similar to Aldi's 99p "Craft Beers", with an artificially high markup to make you feel that you're getting a good introductory offer. The best beers were substituted without notice on invoice.

Flavourly state "Exact contents of box are subject to change due to stock availability. Beers may be replaced with an alternative." However, this info is hidden in a dropdown for "additional info" in attempt to hide this. Ironically, the beer in question that was replaced was still in stock when I received my order in 6, 12 & 20 cases.

Customer service didn't really care about my complaints. Flavourly didn't offer a refund or provide any other compensation. They may as well of advertised the best breweries in the country and then shipped Carling.. "sorry, we said we would do this if we don't have the stock!"

I had a bad experience. Was bought for a present. Box arrived damaged. A big hole in it so beers had fallen out. Most were dented. So couldn’t give as a gift. Informed customer services of this but didn’t offer any sort of good will gesture. Just offered £4 for the dented cans or a refund if I returned, either way leaving me with nothing to give for the present. Would never buy from them again or recommend.

Update, rating changed to 1.

Changed and deleted my number and preferences, guess what still getting text.

Next stop reporting GPDR as shouldn’t have my number to text any longer and not abiding to preferences

Did enjoy idea and first few boxes, but prefer local brewed ale.

So reason for 2 star?
Text pests ……. They give you an opt out and you text stop as they advise and yet you get more.

Don’t set up an account or give details as they will become a pest.

I use flavourly a fair bit. They have offers on beer boxes quite regularly and for the price it's really very good and has free shipping.

They've always arrived in good condition and in reasonable time. Never had to contact them so can't comment on the customer service.

I would give 4.5 stars if I was able to. I would drop half a star because I've had one or two beers that were quite unpleasant, BUT: 1) I often go for the cheapest boxes so you get what you pay for, plus it's also a matter of taste and 2) we are talking one or two out of perhaps 50-100 different beers.

They are beers brewed from a range of small brewers. Their cheap boxes are great fridge fillers. I've never found another company do this at this price. I've also bought damaged case offers containing more premium beers and that was great.

My experience has been largely very good and would happily recommend to mates.

The selection of beers was fine but they were late on several occasions, they sent the same box twice in a row so I didn't get the expected different beers/snacks.
When it came to ending my subscription they told me I couldn't because I had signed up for longer. I hadn't actually signed up for anything, the subscription was a gift. Obviously just trying to grift some extra income from me.
Now they've started spamming me with marketing SMS messages even though I've selected to receive no notifications from them and changed my number in their profile.
AVOID!

Terrible spam and difficulty unsubscribing, told to text a number and when you do, told it will incur charges!! Surely this is illegal. The company do not stop contacting you and resort to texting you when you unsubscribe from their emails. Do not start with them!
